WhoWe Are
Welcome to the Clinical Research Centre Hospital Bintulu (CRC HBIN), one of Malaysia’s 37 CRC branches. Since its establishment in 2020, our centre has been dedicated to enhancing research activities and improving patient care through evidence-based practices. Our laboratory, which opened in June 2020 with the support of the Ministry of Health, serves as a key facility for our research efforts. We focus on creating a supportive environment for researchers by providing essential resources. This includes a database of clinicians interested in research, technical support for statistical analysis, and administrative help with research assistants and study coordinators. We also offer access to IT tools and statistical software. In addition to supporting research protocol registration with the National Medical Research Register (NMRR) and assisting with grant applications, we actively participate in clinical trials and collaborate with national CRC initiatives. Our goal is to foster a strong research culture and contribute to advancements in healthcare through coordinated efforts and dedicated support.
